The
term Rice Queen can be seen as somewhat derogatory. However, we would
like to note our usage of this term. Some people are complete rice queens
in that they only date asians. Is this bad? No, like being gay, everyone
is born with a preference. However, once in a while those in the gay
asian community come across a certain someone that falls into the stereotype
of Rice Queen that can be thought of as negative. These people have
certain qualities that the 3AF do not personally like, but we are perfectly
supportive of all those interested in living that lifestyle and equally
supportive of those people who wish to pursue relationships with them.
Heck, we've all dated one or two of them ourselves. This Log is more
of a way for us to vent our frustration toward stereotypes that are
perceived in the community, which may not be true, but definitely seem
to be true when we see the interaction between couples. |
The Good Rice Queen These are Rice Queens that we know and love and hang out with. They are Rice Queens solely due to their inherent attractiveness and preference for asians. However, beyond that, they base their relationships on mutual friendship and growth. The Collector These Rice Queens seem to be with a different asian boy every night. However, this person tends not to be a a sexual whore. He enjoys public displays of affection with any and all asians but will do his best to lead his date on to thinking that a future is possible when he is already thinking about the next asian down the line. In a way, this rice queen seems to be trying to date as many asians as possible as if he were a collector. Must get them all seems the mentality, no matter what they look like or act like. The Stalker These are the Rice Queens that do there best to be close to you all the time so that they get maximum exposure to you through some hope that you or the asian they are stalking will realize something and want them. Some annoying things these guys do are taking their shirts off and dance unnecessarily close to you, standing a few feet away from you and pose as if they are looking around, and the general weird things stalkers do. These people NEVER say hello because they are simply to into the stalking mentality. The Specifics These are Rice Queens that only date a certain type of Rice. This comes mostly in the form of guys that only like Japanese guys, but all other forms of asian specifics are around. These guys sometimes believe that they are actually the specific nationality they are attracted to. This goes to beyond just dating their cultural preference, but inundating themselves within it as well. This includes having lived in the country for some extended period of time, knowing the language and literature of the culture in a degree higher than most of the people in the culture, adopting the religion of the culture, dressing like the culture, and knowing how to cook the culinary specialties of various regions of the culture. Sweet Rice Queen These are sugar daddies to asians. These guys have this strange idea that they can use the asian cultural class system too their advantage. They boast their high earnings or respectable job position when they greet an asian for the very first time. Example: Sweet Rice Queen: Hello, how are you... I am a doctor. Nam: A doctor? Who freakin' cares. This type of mentality stems from a notion that all asians are subservient and require a master of some sort if paid or taken care of in some way. These Rice Queens are looking for that special asian that will do anything to be taken care of. This mentality goes to the point where the Rice Queen only knows how to show affection through the offerings that he grants his little asian slave boy. There is also a strange reward system that is seen in these types of couples, where as long as the asian boy does his chores and/or duties, then an allowance of some sort is awarded to the lucky boy. These asians are expected never to talk back to their man, and to be indecisive in everything and allow their man to decide everything for them. Golden
Rice Queen (Gold Digging Rice Queen) - John Gravener John, Thanks for your addition to the Rice Queens. Yes, the 3AF have forgotten about this type of rice queen. They are quite interesting people are they not. These creatures do well in making their loaded asian lords very happy. Fried Rice Queen This is a rice queen that only likes asians that are tweaked out or close to that effect. Lets keep in mind the key ingedient in fried rice.. day old rice. Like the title, the type aspects of the asian that are attracted by this type of Rice Queen are, for the lack of a better word, day old. Lumpia Queen Phillinos aren't rice, they instead are lumpia.
